Terms of Service
By purchasing or using Extinct ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
- License. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for the duration of your chosen plan.
- Account limits. Each license key is bound to one user. Sharing, reselling or distributing your key or the Product files is prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without refund.
- Updates. The Product is updated at our discretion. We do not guarantee compatibility with every game patch or platform update.
- Conduct. You are solely responsible for how you use the Product. We do not encourage or condone violating any game's terms of service.
- Termination. We may revoke access at any time for breach of these terms.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However:
- If the Product is non-functional at the time of purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our Discord support channel with your purchase receipt and a description of the issue.
- Refunds are not provided for: game bans, key expiration, changed-mind purchases, or issues caused by your system configuration.
- Lifetime keys are eligible for refund under the same 24-hour, non-functional condition.
Disclaimer
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Continued compatibility with ARK: Survival Ascended or any other software.
- Protection from game bans or account actions by Studio Wildcard, Snail Games, Epic Games, Valve or any other party.
- Uptime or availability of the loader, package server or key authentication services.
Use the Product at your own risk. In no event shall the developers of Extinct be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
Extinct is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Studio Wildcard, Snail Games, Epic Games or Valve Corporation.
Privacy
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:
- License key & device ID — used to verify your subscription and enforce one key per user.
- IP address — logged briefly for security; not stored long-term.
- Payment info — handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers or billing details.
We do not sell, share or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law.
